New Horizon Structures was contracted to execute the pre-engineered metal building scope of work for the Woodruff Storage II project in Columbus, GA. Our responsibilities encompassed the furnishing and installation of structural steel components, including columns, beams, and channels, as well as bracing, support angles, and closure elements to ensure a complete and properly functioning building system. The scope also covered the installation of a standing seam roof system with integrated gutters and downspouts, parapet framing, and metal panels. Additional tasks included securing all necessary anchors and connections, ensuring proper surface preparation, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Temporary shoring, bracing, and platforms were provided to facilitate safe and accurate construction. The project was executed under strict adherence to governing codes and quality requirements, with daily site cleanup and waste management as part of the deliverables.
