New Horizon Structures is proud to partner once again with this GC for the ExtraSpace Storage project in Citrus Park, FL. As a repeat client, NHS is entrusted with this venture due to the exceptional quality and reliability demonstrated in our past collaborations.

For this project, NHS is responsible for supplying and erecting the metal building components for a multi-level self-storage facility. Our scope includes the structural light gauge metal framing for levels 2-4, partition and liner panel systems, and critical roofing components. We are also providing engineered structural drawings sealed by a registered engineer in Florida.

By leveraging our expertise in pre-engineered metal building construction, NHS ensures the highest standards of durability and efficiency while meeting the unique structural demands of this project.
